Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data about website visitors. We only collect data for direct correspondence and invoicing related to our services. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us via our contact form, and we will delete this information.

BePresent BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

We apply the following retention period for the following (categories of) personal data: your personal and company data, for a maximum of five years after termination of the invoicing relationship.

BePresent BV currently does not use cookies or similar technologies on its websites.

Accessing, modifying, or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by BePresent BV, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization designated by you.

You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data via our contact form. To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. BePresent BV would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
