Our roots lie in IT transformation, service management and change. Founder Jan Massier has spent decades working at the intersection of technology, people and organizational dynamics. That experience shaped our conviction: IT success is rarely about systems alone. It is about adoption, clarity, trust and alignment. Today, frameworks and tools support our work — including experience measurement and XLA-based steering — but they are never the goal. The goal is always the same: reducing digital friction where it matters most and turning improved experience into measurable business outcomes.


On February 1, 2006, BePresent was founded. Over the past 20 years, we have supported organizations in making IT more workable, more human and more effective.
